1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Responsibilities

Withdrawal timelines depend on the method selected and may be subject to standard verification checks. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where this is technically possible.

5. Betting Rules

Sports betting on win788 is subject to the following rules in addition to these general Terms:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. During periods of high traffic or connection issues, in-play markets may be suspended temporarily.

Win788's decision on the outcome and settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12 of these Terms.

6. Casino and Games

Win788's casino section includes slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show formats) and other electronic casino games. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• All casino games at win788 use random number generation (RNG) or real dealer mechanics that are independently certified for fairness.
• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play. Connection issues that interrupt a game round do not affect the validity of completed outcomes.
• If a casino game round is disconnected mid-play, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-set rules. Win788 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Fair Play Policy

Win788 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balances or winnings:

• Opening or using more than one account to claim bonuses or exploit promotions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that places bets without direct manual input from the player.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Any activity that we determine, in our reasonable judgement, to be fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to the platform or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Disputes and Errors

13. Account Termination

You may close your win788 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

Win788 may suspend or permanently close an account where:

• These Terms have been violated, including fair play, age or identity requirements.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A player has been identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to access the platform.
• Account activity indicates a minor may be using the account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed by win788 due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not derived from bonus abuse will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.
